In Cleveland, that old saw of "shop ‘till you drop" takes on renewed vitality with a remarkable choice of venues, starting with downtown’s two malls -- The Avenue at Tower City Center and The Galleria at Erieview -- and three historic arcades, packed with upscale stores, specialty shops, and art galleries. Crooked River Reading Club, downtown’s new independent bookstore, stocks reference materials and gifts. The Glass Bubble Project, provides a working studio experience, art gallery, and gift shop next to the West Side Market. Serving Cleveland since 1929, the Harley-Davidson Sales Co. Inc., with sales, parts, accessories, motorclothes and service, accesses from downtown and the airport via the Rapid Transit System.
